Ana was still on deck, making herself useful with the sails, it was clear the Pearl were short of crew. Emil and Gibbs were off somewhere down in the brig, and Jack was still at the helm. He would let no one steer, except him, of course.
The sun was now slightly sinking, or so Ana thought, only the sky was getting dark and bleak; so it was hard to tell. They've been sailing for about three days, and Ana could somehow feel they were quite near to their destination, as far ahead they could see no more than thick, rolling mists.
All in all there couldn't be more than ten drunken pirates as Jack's crew on board. None of which she knew.
"Are we close Jack?" she hollered up to the man, who seemed to be swaying, thrown about by the quickening winds. He just kept his silence and concentrated on his ship. Ana chuckled, same old Jack. Suddenly Kira came scurrying over, she seemed quite nervous and agitated.
"What's the matter?" Ana asked at once.
"Lydia, she has a fever."
Ana's brows knitted together, she was depply worried, partly because she had grown to like and care for the rich girl and partly because she didn't want to think what the consequences are if the girl gotten worse and..... oh no!Her father would kill me! Oh no no no, this is not good at all!
Ana followed Kira down to the Surgeon's Quarters.
They found Lydia surrounded by the surgeon, a man Ana found to be quite a gentleman, Derek, Gwen; who has slightly recovered and gained some of her strength, and Gavin. Gavin seemed to be the most nervous, he was pacing back and forth, sometimes sitting back down beside Lydia, speaking softly to her and gently holding her hand.
"Mr Surgeon sir, is this girl going to be alright?" asked Ana awkwardly, as she was never introduced to the man in the first place.
The young man shook his head signalling "No." And then he spoke with a heavy French accent. "I shall try to do whatever I can, but I think, in this cold weather, I am afraid she might get worse." he said. "Would you please alert the Captain to arrange for her to be quarantined, and the little ones are not to get near her." he looked pointedly at Kira.
Ana looked down to Kira, and together they solemnly left to look for Jack.

As Ana and Kira went to alert Jack, inwardly Kira was fuming, little girl indeed! If it wasn't for her the others wouldn't have been alerted to Lydia's changed condition. Well, they may underestimate her, but whenever real trouble arises they would learn that size didn't matter Kira thought with a curl of her lip.
Ana looked down at the young girl walking beside her,
"Is anything wrong?" she aksed Kira
Kira shook her head impatienly, "Nay, everything tis fine...hey look theres Jack. Jack! Come here for a moment!"
Far off, Jack waved his hat around to show his understanding of her statment. Then slowly he began to make his way closer to them. Kira slipped one hand in her pocket, Aye, such a nice doctor she thought with derision, and below her fingers she felt the cool metal of one of the doctor's stethascopes. Tis a pity that he was so busy impressing Gwen and healing Lydia that he hadn't noticed certain select items missing thought Kira with a smirk.

Susanna had kept pretty quiet the whole time, but all the excitement had left her too wrapped up to do anything. She had forgotten to check for her sword and her dagger. The dagger was in it's sheath and so was the sword. She was lucky, in more ways than one. She still had her weapons, her life, and her good health, take Gwen for instance, she was wounded. Or Lydia, she had a fever, or at least, thats what Susanna had last heard. And Kira, none of her weapons left. But now, she felt like she was empty inside. She was known by Gabby, Gavin, Amièe, Will and Calen. She had never known Kira, but she wanted to be friends with the girl.

Hmm, looks like thats my que... ******************** After Ana had explained matters to Jack, both of them rushed off to Lydia's cabin leaving Kira alone and bored. Aimlessly she started tossing stuff over the side of the boat and into the water. One of the girls - Susanna was her name - approached her.
"What are you doing?" asked Susanna curiously
Kira grunted as she threw a particularly large plank of wood overboard, "I thought you had eyes in that head o' yours."
Susanna grunted in exasperation, "WHY are you doing that?"
"Don't rightly know myself. Perhpas ye could tell me?" asked Kira, grinning slightly. Finally she stopped and turned toward Susanna. Susanna walked forward to her with her arm out in greeting,
"I don't think we had a proper introduction before, I am Susanna. Isn't your name Kira"
Kira looked a little taked aback by the style of greeting, but she readily held her own hand out to be shaken,
"Aye, I be Kira. Susanna tis such a mouthful, couldn't I possible say Susan 'stead?"
"As you wish" replied Susan
"An' why aren't you in there with the others?" asked Kira, making a face and jerking her thumb in the direction of Lydia's cabin.
"Too much hustle and bustle for my taste" replied Susan
"Aye" replied Kira, nodding sagely.
Suddenly Kira noticed protruding out of Susan's shirt the outline of a dagger, she pointed to the protuberance and asked,
"Tis that a dagger under your clothes"
Susan nodded, "And the sword is still in there too"
Kira made a face, "Pity about the storm, leastways, I too would have had all those pretty weapons"
"Aren't you a bit upset that they are gone" asked Susan
"Nay" replied Kira, shaking her head, "they weren't mine to begin with, they were the navigator's, Jose. 'Sides, long as I got me wits about me, 'tis no worries."
"Jose seems to have many secrets" said Susan
"He has, some of which he has told already. But, he is still a mysterious figure" replied Kira, suddenly she bit into an apple, "Apple?" she asked Susan, offering her a bite
"Where did you get the apple" asked Susan, curious
"I, er...found it!" replied Kira cryptically

"Damn," murmered the doctor in French. "Where's that stethoscope..." It had been on the table with the rest of his tools, but had vanished. He sighed and took a spare out of his bag.
"What's wrong with the lass?" inquired Jack, standing at a save distance from the ailing Lydia. Most dangers had little sway on him, of course, but illness could creep up unseen and couldn't be stopped with a sword or a gun.
The young man looked up from Lydia, his face paled somewhat and his brow glistening with sweat. "A fever," he said plainly. "I cannot tell much more at this point. It may be a repercussion of her "little swim" in the icy deep the other day."
"Still, we'd best keep her quarantined... Don't want to risk any chance of an epidemic onboard," Jack replied gravely.
"Oui," the surgeon said, nodding. "I suggest that young Kira and Gwenaêlle," he glanced to Gwen, "be moved elsewhere. They still need to recover from their bullet wounds."
"Not for long though," said Ana heartily. "Our Gwen's a fighter, and Kira's already walking about with no bother."
The surgeon smiled lightly, and returned his attention to Lydia. On the other side of her sat Gavin, holding her slender hand in both of his and watching her intently.

Gwen woke up suddenly, the sensation of a hand on her shoulder. It was José. He looked extremly worried.
"What's the matter ?" asked the Frenchwoman.
Her shoulder was still a pain but she felt a lot better and could think clearly.
"You have to move elsewhere. Lydia's a big fever. We fear for contagion."
Gwen was on her feets in a record time. Her steps were still a little unsure, but she headed determinately to Lydia's bed. A doctor seemed to examine Lydia. Gwen frowned. He seemed vaguely familiar...
"Excuse me, Sir" she said tentatively.
"yes ?" He turned and Gwen let out a loud gasp.
"Damien ? C'est bien toi ? Qu'est-ce tu fait ici ?"
A long conversation in french took place and the other persons in the room tried unsucessfully to understand something. Gwen was speaking fast and by the look of it, she was rather angry. The doctor, Damien, seemed against something, shaking his head stubbornly.
"You know I can do it, you know I can help her !" cried Gwen. "I have the abilities..."
"But you're still weak. It wouldn't be good for you"
'I don't care ! Lydia's my friend. I want to help her and you won't prevent me to do this even if you're too scared !" (all is in french, but it's easier this way^^)
Damien sighed heavily, looking at the woman he had thought to be lost. She hadn't changed... Well she was stronger, tougher and Damien could tell she had gone through hards things.
He smiled a little and sighed. "Very well. You stay with me."
"Thanks ! thanks so much !" Gwen responded, throwing her arms around his neck, the old habit resurfacing.
"I stay here to help the doctor to heal Lydia." Gwen translated to the crew, xho seemed totally clueless.
"Could you let me alone with Lydia ?"
José and Gavin looked a bit reluctant at the idea, but then nodded and exited with the other members who where here.
"Here we go" thought Gwen, looking upon the pale face of Lydia.
******************************* translation : "Damien ? C'est bien toi ? Qu'est-ce tu fait ici ?" = Damien ? Is that you ? What are you doing here ?

Jose, Gavin, Derek, Ana and Jack all came back out onto the deck. The former three looked distracted by the situation, but Jack calmly grabbed the collar of the first pirate they ran into.
"Jennings," he told the man calmly, "see to it that no one enters the surgeon's quarters expect the surgeon, the French girl, and meself."
Ana glanced to him curiously as Jennings nodded and hurried on. "Why yourself?"
"'Cos I'm captain, I can go anywhere on me own ship," he told her plainly, though there was something about his tone of voice that inferred there was something he wasn't saying. "Now, if you'll excuse me, we still have an island to sail to." With that, he tipped his hat slightly to her, then meandered over to the helm to relieve Gibbs.
"It's getting closer, Cap'n," Gibbs told him eagerly, handing over the compass and stepping back from the wheel to let Jack take over. "I swear I could damn near feel the sand under me feet."
"If sand's all ye be wanting, Gibbs, all the more booty for the rest of us!" Jack smiled, as he consulted the compass and turned the wheel to keep them on course.

ooc: okay, the lady has issues... and serious ones at that. beware! lol ic: A young woman dressed in a cream corset, black cropped trousers and and red-lined balck sleeveless coat which was tied with one button under the bust sat quietly in the Crows nest, humming some unheard of song while she followed the coast of the island with her icy blue eyes. Feeling the ribs of her cream corset dig into her, the young woman who's name was Milla, adjusted it slightly, relieved as the jabbing sensation was removed.
The sea breeze played with her long brown locks, tossing them gently this way and that, occasionally dropping them in front of her pale white face when the wind died down slightly. As Milla finished her song she took a deep breath and sighed, her throat was dry and she hadn't had a drink in such a long time now. She'd have to go down to the deck soon anyway, there was no point afterall in her being in the crows nest if the ship was anchored up. Milla didn't like going down, she felt suffocated down there, she had to talk to the rest of the crew when she would rather be on her own. Milla didn't even know why she was here, it wasn't as if she served any use afterall, just sitting watch in the crows nest and occasionally calling down a "land hoe" here and there wasn't exactly what she had in mind for a fulfilling life. But then again if she wasn't here she would have to either suffer the indignity of working in some bar or brothel or getting married and dying bored. Milla laughed to herself, this was definately the lesser of two evils, even if it was turning her into some sort of cold hearted, anti-social ice-queen.
Taking one last look out to sea Milla saw the jagged rocks that surrounded the island sticking out at irregular intervals. Milla was not afraid though, the best pirate in the whole of the Caribbean was at the helm and so there was little chance of a collision. The best pirate in the Caribbean? I gotta stop singing his praises so often she thought as she stood up, preparing to descend the mast.
Hitching up her coat so that she could manouver more safely down the mast, Milla grabbed the edge of the crows nest, jumping over the edge to land on the cross mast that stretched out below. Turning to face the main mast, Milla carefully made her way across the cross mast, wrapping her hands around the ropes which wound down the main mast when she reached it. Using the ropes as a make-shift ladder, Milla made her way down the mast, jumping off for the last ten feet of the mast and landing, knees bent on the deck, making little noise.

There was a cry of "LAND HO!" from up above deck, and it disturbed Jose and Gabby from his reading of Don Quixote to her. Gabby in her bed and Jose sitting beside it, they strained their ears. Jack was heard to say, "Prepare the dinghies!"
"I suppose that is my signal to leave," said Jose.
"And mine also," added Gabby.
Jose seemed surprised. "No," he said. "I think you should stay."
"I'm fully recovered," noted Gabby in a slightly raised tone. "I'm well. I can take care of myself. I want to go."
Jose smiled out of the right corner of his mouth. "I see there is no gainsaying you. Quite stubborn you are!"
"Indeed," replied Gabby with a smile upon her face. "So I've always been. And don't you forget it!" She winked at him.
"Very well," chuckled Jose. "But you stick close to me. And if you should feel ill or faint again, be sure to tell me. I'll leave you to change. I'll be right outside your door."
Jose left, and Gabby hopped out of bed. As she was going to be on an island and in caves and among dense undergrowth, she figured a dress would not do. So, she reached for the clothes Jose had lent her, and slipped them on over her shift. In doing so, she realized that the dagger Jose had given her was not in her trouser pocket where she had last left it. She looked among what few belongings she still had, and yet could not find it.
Gabby exited her room, and there was Jose standing in the hall, just as he said he would be. "Jose," she asked, "where is my dagger?"
Jose looked at her pensively, and honed up, "I took it while you were sleeping. I figured that...given your recent ordeal and resulting nightmare...that you might not want to even see it."
Gabby looked down in thought for a bit. She finally spoke. "Jose, I'm still haunted by what happened and by the life I had to take. But I must learn to deal with it. And even more importantly, I must be able to defend myself. I would like that dagger back. In fact, if its not too much trouble, I'd like a sword as well. Maybe you could train me in its use?"
Jose was still hesitant. But he saw the wisdom in Gabby's words, and her stubbornness also came to mind. "Very well," he conceded. "Jack probably has some extra swords in the armory. I'll help you pick one out. But try not to use it too much until we have the time to fully train, ok?"
Gabby nodded her head, and the pair were soon digging amongst the piled weapons in the armory. Jose picked out a sword that looked as if it were from medieval times. But it was in great shape, and came complete with scabbard and weapons belt. Jose picked it as its blade was a bit shorter than usual (very good for a beginner), and its hilt was long enough to be used two-handed. A fine sword indeed. "This should be perfect," he said with a smile, and handed it to Gabby.
When they finally came topdeck, it seemed almost the whole crew was up there. And the Isle de Meurta was right off their starboard bow. Jack was discussing something with a woman Jose had not seen before. Once that was done, Jack picked his few crew members that would be going ashore. "Let's go, maties," he yelled enthusiastically.
Soon, Jose and Gabby found themselves in a dinghy with Ana and Gibbs. Jack sat in one with Emil, Will, and Calen. And these were the only crew members going ashore...for the moment.
As soon as Jose took up his oars, Gibbs stopped him, saying, "Now now, Jose. Why be you a'rowing?"
"Why wouldn't I be," asked Jose confused.
"Because," said Gibbs with a wink, "Ms. Ana is here, and I would think she'd do the rowing for you. Being your squire and all." He laughed heartily and nudged Ana in the ribs.
Ana and Jose looked at each other uncomfortably. The Spaniard replied, "All the same, Gibbs. I think I shall help in the rowing."
He leaned forward towards Ana, and whispered in her ear, "Ana, do you know what Gibbs is talking about? Do you remember anything about this?"
Ana shook her head no. "Not really," she replied rather unconvincingly. She had a vague recollection of it all, and was trying to forget it.
Not sold on her denial, Jose whispered back to Ana, "Well, I think we shall have to discuss this in private later."
After about a half hour of rowing, the Isle de Meurta's shores were finally in reach. Gibbs and Jose jumped into the water, and towed the dinghy ashore. Ana and Gabby stood up in order to exit the boat. As she did so, Gabby's sword and belt fell to her ankles. She blushed profusely. Ana laughed a little bit. "Haven't quite figured out how to double rap your weapons belt, huh," she asked. Gabby shook her head no. "Let me help," continued Ana. "It can take some getting used to." Ana wrapped the belt about Gabby's waist twice so that her sword and sheath hung at an angle at her left hip. "There you go!"
"Thanks," whispered Gabby, glad the others had not seen. She walked ashore, the sword at her side giving her a level of confidence. A confidence fraught with bad and guilty memories.
Jack jumped to the beach with gusto, his arms held out wide from his sides as if in triumphant return. "Oh beautiful Isle de Meurta," he yelled. "Are you ready to yield up more of your treasures?"

"I do not believe this!" Aimèe fumed as she stomped up and down the deck. "If it wasn't for me none of us would even be here yet they leave me behind again!"
The other people left on the ship stood back and watched with worried expressions as the young girl shouted and kicked random things about.
"I mean, come on! Gabby, what right has she got to go? Other then she's servicing his Spanish majesty of course. Argh!"
Derek Bennet came up behind her "Come on now miss, not everyone could go, you know that."
"Yes I know that!" She snapped, "But I'm Aimèe Sparrow!"
Derek rolled his eyes, "And don't we know it." He muttered to himself.
Aimèe wasn't listening however, she was too busy watching the eight pull their dinghies onto the sand. "Bugger this." She muttered, and with that she kicked off her boots and dived into the water.

Kira too was a bit upset about being left behind, again. With a smile of amusment, she noticed as Aimee jumped off the deck and started swimming toward shore. The men on deck started moving to get her; but Kira knew that if Aimee wished to go ashore, she would reach the shore.
With a crooked smile, Kira looked around the deck of the ship. For almost the first time, the others were gone. Kira shrugged, she didn't mind so much; it would give her a chance to grab some food from the kitchen, you could never eat to much was Kira's philosophy.
As she made a move for the kitchen, a rough and callused hand was put heavily on her shoulder,
"Hold hard there lass. Where do ye think ye are goin'?"
Puzzled, Kira turned to face one of the pirates who was thick and barrel chested. The memory of the other pirates and how they had acted toward the women of the ship came to light once again in her memory, but she shoved it down deep. These pirates were different, and this one spoke in a rather friendly tone of voice. But still, Kira could tell what he wanted; her to do chores and that was not what she wanted to do on her time off. Out of the corner of her eye she spotted a furtive figure, Kira recognized the pirate as the one who stayed up mostly in the crows nest, perfect. Kira smiled up mischeivously at the pirate staring down at her,
"Well sir, as ye can see. Me mates left me, an' I was just goin' to er, help with the land ho stuff"
"Land ho stuff" asked the pirate suspicously
"Aye" said Kira, nodding her head vigerously, "Tis a very 'portant job ye see. Can't be trusted to just anyone"
"Hmm" said the pirate suspciously, "But we have always been having Mila do it an' she does a fine job. A bit of loner is she but still..."
Before he could finish Kira ducked under his arm and started backing away, "Well uh, ye see, tis it exactly. Jila wants me help, uh, y'know, tis very boring up there and all that."
"Her name is Mile" said the pirate
Kira flashed him a bright smile, "Right right, Sila, I knew that. Just testin' you, and props to ye. Perfect answer, spot on, top o' the hole to ye'" before the pirate could voice another objection Kira ran off in the direction of the pirate women, anything in an effort to get out of work. As she ran, Kira wondered exactly what the crows nest was and what it entailed.

Milla stood up but winced as she felt a splinter jab into a soft patch of skin on her left foot.
"Dammit" she cursed, bending down to gingerly pull the two-inch piece of wood from her foot. "Why do they always avoid the tough bits and go straight for the softer parts?"
After having removed the piece of wood Milla raised herself up to her full height and looked at the splinter. Milla cringed as she noticed blood on the jagged bit of wood. Tossing it asside, Milla sat down, cross-legged on the deck, pulling her left foot towards her so she could examine the damage. The wound was superficial of course and after whiping the blood from it with the cleanest corner of her coat (which was hard to find) Milla stood up. Turning around in an effort to make her way below deck and get a drink to quench her thrist Milla nearly knocked a young woman off her feet.
"Excuse me" Milla mumbled, steadying herself with her arms "Didn't see ya there"

"I cannot see a thing." whispered Gabby as they entered a tunnel that would eventually lead to a huge cavernous cave where Barbossa used to dump his hoarde. Jose held out his hand and Gabby reached for it, sometimes they stumbled here and there, the tunnel was ankle deep in water.
Suddenly Jack who was right in front stopped and lit up a torch which was conveniently placed on a rocky wall on his left, "Let there be light!" he said and lit a few other torches and passed them to the back, and continued splashing their way in.
"Jack, have you been here recently?" asked Ana who was right behind him.
"Nay, ever since I gave the compass to Mary, I have never been here, ah the memories! That's the boulder I jumped onto and fought Barbossa!" he pointed gleefully as the boulder came into sight and a small stream of sunlight were peering through an opening in the cave's ceiling, eerily iluminating the cave with a bluish hue.
"You should have seen me! I was magnificent!"
"I forgot how huge this cave was..." said Ana, ignoring Jack's gloating "And I see none of Barbossa's hoarde is left." she continued eyeing the empty cavern, except a few gold coins scattered here and there. They stopped in the middle of the cave while Jack scrambled up onto a boulder, dissappearing behind rocks and reappering again, and knocking the walls as he went.
"Ana, what is he doing?" whispered Jose staring up at Jack who was currently facing his back to them, jumping up and down on a particular spot on the ledge. "I think he's looking for clues on where he hid the darn map." she answered.
"Well while we're waiting, why not have some rum!" declared Gibbs and produced two bottles of rum he had carried all the way from the ship. Captain Calen rolled her eyes, Jose and Gabby chuckled and shook their heads while Ana took up the offer without hesitation.
"Er, you all know how I love drinks, but, I might need a little help here, hello?" said Jack suddenly, appearing on top of a ledge. "I, I seem to have forgotten where I hid it." he stated as a matter of factly.
They all looked at him dumbfounded, "You forgot? You forgot?" repeated Ana.
"I don't try to remember things like that, you understand right? I thought it had no value, at the time of course, do not think I don't regret it!" he mumbled and scurried down from the ledge.
They all fell into an uncomfortable silence. After a few moments of silence, suddenly...
"The gypsy........" Ana whispered suddenly.
"What?" Jack asked.
"The blind gypsy! From New Providence! She said something like, not all that is precious is silver and gold, and when without stars, you will need it to find your way."
"Hmm sounds something like I said.." answered Jack haughtily. Ana rolled his eyes at him, "Hurry Jack, bring out the compass!"
Jack reluctantly opened his compass and held it up, "Now what?"
"Wait..." said Ana, something inside her clicked, her instincts told her they were doing the right thing, and that was when it happened...
The compass started to spin around and the needle stopped abruptly, pointing east. They all looked over to that direction, speechless. "Shouldn't someone go over there and check?" asked Jack, his voice rasp and barely audible.
Silence. They could even hear the water dripping from the cave's ceiling to the water pools below.
"I'll go." stated Emil, and he sauntered over to that direction, he found a half-circular stone hedge, and its height was almost up to Emil's waist, Emil went over and looked below, a patch of sand was there. He jumped over and started digging.
The rest waited silently, only Jack was still analysing his compass wondering what actually controlled it.
After a few moments Emil came back he held a parchment in his hands and wearing a huge beaming smile. "Found it!" he declared and walked back to them
They all surrounded Emil for a glimpse of the 'mysterious' map, "This is not the map I hid." said Jack again.
"Let me see that!" said Ana, she took the map from Emil and placed it onto a smooth rock, acting as a table. "This map is written in Sioux!" she said in disbelief. Emil nodded in agreement.
"What is it? What is it?" asked Jack anxiously.
"It's written in ancient Lakota, see all these drawings? I can't read it, I can only undertand this word, hin yan pata, wam gli, the eagle goes east, in search for a myth. What does that mean?" said Ana dumbfounded.
Suddenly Jose appeared, "I found De Soto's map!" he declared triumphantly.

After an hour of swimming, Aimèe dragged herself up onto the beach. Trying deperately to get her breath back she collapsed into a heap on the sands.
"Blimey", she whispered to no one, "I did it!"
After five minutes she had caught her breath back and she stood up.
Aimèe giggled as she looked down at herself, "oops." Of course she was soaked to the skin, her clothes had been ripped and her skin had been cut by the coral and her hair was full of what Aimèe hoped was seaweed.
"Now!" She announced to no one, "Now I'll go and find those lot and ask them what the hell they were playing at leaving me behind...again."

"Ah" Kira windmilled her arms frantically in an effort not to lose her balance, Milla reached out and snagged the collar of Kira's shirt to stop her from falling down.
"Ah, thank you" said Kira with a short bow
Milla looked at the girl puzzled for a moment, "What, where, who are you" she finally asked
Kira raised her arm and tossed her short hair airily, "Oh nobody" suddenly she leaned in close and whispered, "Now the question is, who is askin'?"
Milla looked at the girl with raised eyebrows, "Uh, me I guess"
"Excellent" exclaimed Kira, clapping her hands together, just the sort o' person I was wantin' to see!"
Milla just stood there looking down upon Kira, very puzzled by her antics
Kira pretended not to notice the pirates obvoius confusion and she continued speaking, "Well you see m'mate, tis like this. Me jolly ol' friends went up and left me for the land, once you did your whole tally ho bit there. Then me'mate Aimee also went up and left me here on this deck, snug and dry, unlike her, hehehe. Now, unfortunetly, me bonny self was way laid in an' effort to get some food into me body, I be starvin for nought but a morsel, but some pirate had the nerve to say that I had to work. Work! Hmph, well I jolly well refuse to work, so I decided to join up with your bonny self, in that crows nest thingy that the other are talkin' 'bout." and here, Kira folded her arms across her chest, "So, the question is, what is a crows nest?"
Milla covered her mouth with her hand in an effort to stifle her laugh, with the other, she pointed upwards, high at the swaying crows nest. Kira followed her hand with her eyes, when she saw the heigh, she visibly gulped, "Thats uh, thats pretty high dontcha think?"
"Aye," said Milla, "Ready to work?" she asked
"An' we er, we have to climb up there? Y'see, there is the slight problem of uh, y'know, heights. Uh, heights arent too good, they be dangerous!"
