Heh, learning about the feudal system kinda put me off knights and royalty. Lol. Oh no, not me, I love the medieval times. Knights, quests, royalty, *sigh*.

The way it's portrayed in the stories is pretty exciting, I'll admit, especially in the fantastical case of Merlin and etc. But personally, I find the medieval torture aspect more interesting. Trial by Fire and all that stuff. But I'm veering off topic. (Sorry!) I of course am in favor of Middle Earth knights, on account of their similarity to Rangers.

Knights and ladies that is what I love (okay, so maybe I am a romantic freak, oh well...)

We spent all year 10 at school doing crime and punishment throughout history. It kicked ass. Medieval torture was actualy quite pleasant compared to others....Anyways..........
knights are boring they're always to valiant. Good guys are a bore.

Lady D - For your consideration... first off, please click here, that will take you to a map of Middle Earth. I think Tanc's idea of your character staying in Bree would work. All righty now, use the zoom thingy on the map to zoom in on the area where the Trollshaws are. Now I don't know where in particular this village is supposed to be, but if we say it's somewhere around the "A" in "Rhudaur" next to the River Mitheithel then maybe Tancred can take the Hobbit survivors on their way to Rivendell south around the forest down to the Great East Road, which leads from Bree and goes straight to Rivendell, and your character could follow the road east and meet up with Tancred and the Hobbits around there and perhaps help them on their way. Just an idea.

My thanks Nilphy.
Okay, I was at bree. I don't think I want to head toward Rivendell (very few taverns, unlikely to be much gaming) so I'll have to have an "incident" occur that makes me go east instead of my intended direction on the Great east road.

Summer, my implication was that Tancred and Amrod knew each other, both being members of Arthedain's fighting forces after all. So it was Amrod. Not that Tancred hates him or anything. Just that maybe he and Amrod kind of get on each other's nerves from time to time? Just an idea. Amrod's your character, so you don't have to go for it if you don't want to.

Attention Attention! Just wanna inquire sooner or later all of us would be in Rivendell right? Okay, for those who are already at Trollshaw (Amrod, Tanced, Violet, Andy, Aspen, Isotta) we might have to travel to Rivendell, to evaquate all those poor injured HOBBITSES but what about the other characters? Like Katalyn, Aineen, Phoenix, and Nev? Would they be coming to Rivendell, or would they join us along the way? And Calen and Caran are on their way to Rivendell to join the Council, so who else is summoned by Elrond (besides Calen, Caran, Mynawen, and Amrod) ?

Well in the post that I'm writing, Aspen's just come back with the first load of HOBBITSES, and getting carts for the rest of the HOBBITSES. Perhaps she cold meet up with Aranel and Arwen.
