Basically it is an online poll ladies, but it's already over and the winners have been announced! Among them! "Hollywood, CA -- October 21, 2003 -- The 7th Annual Hollywood Film Festival's "Hollywood Awards" ceremony, honoring independent filmmakers and established Hollywood professionals, was held last night before a standing-room-only audience of over 1,200 Hollywood Film Festival attendees at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. Special honors went to Columbia Pictures Chairman Amy Pascal, film preservation leader Roger L. Mayer, actor Anthony Hopkins, actress Goldie Hawn, director Ron Howard, producer Sydney Pollack, screenwriter Ron Bass, actress Scarlett Johansson, actor Orlando Bloom, cinematographer John Toll, editor Michael Kahn, songwriter David Foster, animator Andrew Stanton, visual effects supervisor John Gaeta, costume designer Ann Roth, production designer William J. Creber, and casting director Deborah Aquila. The Festival also announced the winners of the Hollywood Movie, Actor, Actress, Supporting Actor and Supporting Actress of the Year Awards, which were chosen by the public voting online at the Yahoo! Movies and Entertainment Tonight websites. The public's favorites were Disney's movie "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" directed by Gore Verbinski, actor Johnny Depp, actress Diane Lane, supporting actor Geoffrey Rush and supporting actress Alison Lohman.
