Name - Katalyn
Age - 24
Physical description - Brown hair with a touch of red in it, large brown eyes, 5'4", slender but stronger than she looks
Personality - Intelligent but uneducated and sensitive of that fact, occasionally abrupt, tends to be very passionate about things, impulsive, willing to die for a cause she believes in
Background - uneducated, but a trained fighter - the rest really depends on how she'll join the story

Name--Tancred (yeah, I didn't like any other names, and couldn't think of any really. So as to avoid confusion with Parma's rpg, he's either the grandson or grandfather of the Tancred from the Parma rpg, depending on when this thing is set.)

Age--27

Description--Dunedain. 6'0". Shoulderlength blonde hair and mustache and goatee. Knight of Arthedain/Arnor. Tries to be valiant and brave, but is also sometimes unsure and insecure. A helpless romantic. Adept with a sword and mace, and to a degree the bow and arrow. Noble and courteous.

Physical Description: 5 feet 9 inches, jet black waist length curly hair, bright blue eyes, pointed ears.
Clothing: Whatever Required
Description: Has been brought up to fight like a man and can handle bow and arrow as well a sworld and can ride horses bare back, but is comfortable with saddle.

Calenagarwen-Her name means Love in elvish and she is called Calen for short.She is from Mirkwood.She is good with swords and a bow , can use knives if she is called to but isn't as good with them.She is also a tanlented healer and has the gift of fore sight.
She has unusual colourings for a Mirkwood elf.Black hair down to her waist with starteling green eyes the colour of emeralds.She is tall about 5"9' ish.
Her mother was from Rivendell and her father from Mirkwood, she looks like her mother.They were both killed by orcs when she was young so she was brought up by her uncle Thranduil.She wants to go on adventures like her cousin Legolas.She is only two years younger than Legolas.



Carantathraion- His name means Light in elvish and he is know as Caran for short.He is from Lothlorien.He has shoulder length light brown hair which he normally wears half up in a braid with two smaller braids on either side of his head.He has crystal blue eyes as clear as the sky.
He is skilled with the bow and with two small knives and at one point he did begin to learn to fight with a sword but he gave up .He set out from his home to seek adventure .
He is 3,929 years old.

Homeland ~ Lives in a village in the Trollshaws, north-west of Rivendell.
Occupation ~ Works at the local Inn.
Physical features ~ 3 foot 9 inches tall, curly dark brown hair that reaches just past her shoulders, bright blue eyes, rosy cheeks.
Personality ~ Sweet disposition; enjoys reading stories about far off lands, and dreams of one day having an adventure of her own.
Other ~ Has lived in Trollshaws all her life; parents, mother Estella and father Bingo, run the Inn. Is an only child, and therefore her parents are very protective of her and rather quick to put down her dreams of adventures.

Homeland ~ Lives in a village in the Trollshaws, north-west of Rivendell.
Occupation ~ Works at the local tavern, the Golden Dragon.
Physical features ~ 4 foot tall, short light brown curly hair, blue eyes.
Personality ~ Not very adventurous, which is odd for a Fallohide (see below), he much prefers staying home in comfortable and familiar surroundings.
Other ~ Was born a Bree-Hobbit in Staddle, a village of Bree-land. When Andy was still very young, he and his mother (Bell) and his two brothers (Will and Hugo) moved to the Trollshaws to live with relatives after his father died. Is best friends with Violet.

Both Violet and Andy are Fallohides, as such they are taller and slimmer. Also, their skin and hair tended to be fair (so Violet's dark hair is a rare thing to see), and they did not grow beards. Fallohides were very friendly with the other races of Middle Earth, and more inquisitive and bold than other Hobbits.

Physical features ~ Medium to dark brown hair, soft brown eyes, about 5 foot 9 inches tall.
Personality ~ Wise, graceful, only speaks when she has something important to say, is very gifted with horses.
Other ~ Nev was born and raised in Rohan on her parents horse ranch; her parents are good friends with the people from the Parma rpg (you know who you are); lived happily there for most of her life
Family ~ Mother, Niphredil; father, Alkore; she has five siblings, an older brother named Curuthalion (skill, strong); the rest are younger than her, twins sister Culrómen (golden-red sunrise) and brother Culandùnë (golden-red sunset), so named because the sister came first, then the brother; then came sister Luinmîr (blue jewel), so named for her striking blue eyes; and finally youngest brother Morsûl (dark wind), so named for his dark hair and eyes.

Yes, we have a thread discussing the lotr rpg in the lotr discussion thread. Ok, if anyone wants to start the Lord of the Rings RPG, please post your 'trial' post in the LOTR discussion thread first, and wait for a response from the other RPG'ers. Sound okay?

Occupation : Skilled tracker, hunter, thief, whatever if the price is right.
Skills : Knows a little sword fighting, knows the lands like the back of his hand, although a true poet and romantic at heart. Would rather solve differences through talks rather than combat. Quick witted, fast talker, charming.
Physical : Numenorean, long dark brown hair, tall but a bit skinny, rugged (quite a looker under all that mess)

Occupation : A maid in the house of Elrond, specifically, she minds the horses.
Skills : Skilled in horse taming, and horse riding, has a very unnatural skill in communicating with trees and birds. A lover of the earth. Skilled in sword fight, but will only fight when necessary. Longs for adventure.
Physical : Black hair, black eyes, tall.

After he died she wandered the land, moving from one place to another, because she felt she didn't fit in with her half elven, half human blood. The only companions she has are her horse Kahmar, her trusty bow and dagger. She is very crafty with her hands and can build anything she sets her mind to.
