Okedoke. Nice to know we haven't lost any of our fan club. Btw, I meant to say this earlier, but great post Tanc. It's awesome writing with y'all, cos all the ideas everyone has makes it so easy to join in with the story.

Thanks, Bo. Really kind of you to say. I think the same out of all the writers here, too. You guys are a blast! I was thinking of El Dorado again. I changed my mind, and think there should only be one large pyramid there. so, the walls, ruined common houses, larger public ones in ruins, the large observatory/astronomical calander building, and the pyramid. Possibly? And I thought for a second maybe there could be some sort of supernatural guardians there (heck, the movie had the ghost-pirates, so why not?), but then I figured the booby-traps and the actual real mean pirates that are pursuing us would be enemy and danger enough. What does everyone else think? I really wish Summer were here. I feel we're missing out on all the great writing and individual perspective she could offer. *wonders where Summer is*

An observatory, huh? You just want a place for your navigator character to play, dontcha? Seriously though, that sounds pretty good. Just so long as we can run around exploring and getting lost, lol. I wouldn't be opposed to supernatural guardians. They could be a final obstacle after we've gotten past the traps and batted away Carli, George and Jim. Maybe some manifestation of the culture's deities? *Sigh* I guess Summer's maybe a bit busy. I'm missing Ana's hyjinx... I hope she can post again soon.

I've been talking to Tanc and he's been a great help, but basically at am at standstill right now with Kira and Gael.
Guy's feel free to smush them into your post in the hopes I get some ideas. Or if you have any ideas for 'em, tell me!

Will try to, Thene. Kira's too good a character to be standing around twiddling her thumbs.
May I catch Latimer up to the group to warn them about the other pirates? Or does that ruin the surprise for them too early?

Sorry I didn't see this earlier. But Bo, I do have one thing about having Latimir catch up to warn the others. I don't think we would lead the pirates to El Dorado if we knew they were following us. Why lead them straight to the gold, and risk losing some of it or being killed for it? As long as we don't know the pirates are following us, it makes us leading them to El Dorado all the more plausible. Maybe Latimir could show up around the same time as the pirates? He might not want to get too close to us for fear of being spotted by the pirates. Or something?

Just general info folks. Lydia's skull was thin, that's why she had such trouble the time she fell before and broke her head. Swanson's blow probably wouldn't have severely damaged another person.

Or maybe he could catch up but be unconscious for a while. Lady Disdain, is Lydia really dead?

Hi Bo! Yeah, that could work with Latimir. Him possibly getting to El Dorado at the same time we do, but maybe falling down and getting a concussion, and thus unable to warn us of the pirates. I was wondering, Bo...both Jack and Jose have good reason to hate Carlita. Maybe even desire vengeance upon her. If there is some sort of final confrontation, is there a character you prefer Carlita to have that with? I know I'm thinking ahead, but I can't get the idea of a final fight between her and someone out of my mind. Any thoughts?

Due to the need for Piratey pirates... Aimee has been raped. I don't know who by, I don't really care who by.... you guys can decide that if you think it's important to your next posts...

*Gasp* Oh the plot twists...
Tanc, though Carlita is pretty much marching a vendetta against Jack and he knows she's dangerous (mwa ha ha), he hasn't really been wronged by her personally yet. If Jose's willing to step up and take revenge, I can see a battle between those two. (Bet he'd be surprised to know Carli was his sister's childhood friend.)
