Hi everyone, Well I just thought I'd stop in and say hi to you guys! I apologize for being such a snob for the last couple of weeks (I know I haven't been around for a while). Anyway, things have been pretty stressful around here - essay time has arrived! I spent all night Thursday up writing an essay on the Parthenon Frieze, then at 8am dragged myself to Mythology lecture (which I fell asleep in halfway through), got my Parthenon essay checked over by a lecturer (Judy, for those of you who know my lecturers' names lol), who recommended I rewrite it *sigh*. I have another one due on Friday, about Athene and Hephaistos (for Myth), then on Thursday the next week a Roman Hist essay and a slide test for Greek Art, so tomorrow I'm going to stop in to Roman Hist tutor's office (Matthew) and ask for an extension so I can focus on preparation for the slide test. I've also had a reaction to the chemicals that we use at work and my hands are covered in rashes. Hehe, now you're probably wishing I hadn't stopped by. But just wanted to let you know that I don't mean to ignore you all - I'm just stressed to the limit (right after the whole essay time finishes comes exam week), and any conversations with me would really end up as cheerful as this one. So I'll see you all later - hopefully when I'm better! Love all, Cali P.S Summer - for when you get here - there's a new Chris the Ninja Pirate game up over at Weebl. I liked the first version, and this one has an added two (or three) levels, so I've just downloaded it and am going to try it out. Have a good week everyone!

Good luck on your assignments you guys! And Cali, you should drop by more often! And don't stress too much!
C4O: Your new clothes sound really nice! Especially the orange coat! You can only join a studentassociation at the beginning of the academic year. I joined this year, so everyone who joined at the same time as me is from the year 2003. And the guy who's going to cook for me is from the same year. I hope I made it more clear...

The on monday i have an audition to be in the chours of Grease (which my school is putting on) and tuesday i have nite classes. Is every school doing Grease but mine? Sigh. We were going to do it last year but then we weren't allowed to because a professional company was going on tour with it. Grumble grumble. But we did Pippin instead, so I'm not complaining too much. (Wish I could've been in it though.) Anyway, break a leg Calen. Aximili, you study Roman history and Greek mythology? Lucky! (I'm a mythology nut.) I hope it's not overly stressful for you... Good luck with your exams at any rate. History test time has rolled around again. And I really have to pull my act together as our grades in history comprise soley of tests and I got a C on the last one. *Sniffle* And so far all I can really remember about the American Revolution was who won.

Hey peoples! I hope your Grease audition goes well, Elfie! I think we're either doing that this year or something else, like West Side Story. Bosun, don't fret, LOL! ;D You'll eventually do Grease. It's the high school classic. And if you don't, maybe you should make a petition. Thanks, Pammy, I think people will be really surprised I got neon orange. I'm usually the calm, blended girl without any colors that really stand out. I'm really into orange this year for some reason. I FINISHED MY HOMEWORK BEFORE FIVE O'CLOCK TODAY!!!!!! THAT IS A MIRACLE!!! So now I can spend a lot of time on the internet, which is great. We didn't have volleyball practice today and they had an announcement after school at the LAST minute. But by then I had already missed the bus and I had to hitch a ride with my friend's stepdad. He's cool. But then we had to wait around for about an hour because he still had stuff to do (he's a teacher at the high school). Anyway, ahhhhhhh ..... no homework tonight, yahooooo! ;D ;D ;D

C4O, you put me to shame, I still have to revise my history notes for tomorrow.
(Oh, and Grease can wait. This year's spring musical is Blood Brothers! Woooooo! ;D)

I'm a Class-A procrastinator. If there was a test on procrastination, I'd probably take it later.
Blood Brothers is awesome! Please tell me someone else here knows about it? I've never actually seen it (sob) but I have the script and the soundtrack and know just about all the songs off by heart. It's set in past Liverpool, and highlights the problems caused by difference in class through the story of twin brothers, Mickey and Eddie Johnstone, who are separated at birth because their working class mother can only afford to keep one of them. Eddie is given to Mrs. Lyons, Mrs. Johnstone's wealthy employer who isn't able to have children, and the brothers grow up not knowing they're related. The message it puts across is a sad one, but the play has its funny moments too.

Wow. Blood Brothers sounds so cool, Bosun. I'm not sure which play we're doing this year. Because of tight budget problems with the school board, we're only doing a spring play. But that's better than having no musical! Last year we did Annie, I was Lily St. Regis, LOL! Anyways, will you try out for the play, Bosun? Also, I've been meaning to ask you for a couple days now ... what exactly is your gender?

WOW, just realized, Bosun is genderless Congrats Calen, I suppose you got in eh? My school does like 3 plays a year, the next one is a musical (pity I can't sing), I tried out for the last play, and I would have got in, but I had to drop out since my band schedule conflicted too much with drama practice which is a pity I just wish to say that I just got the coolest shirt ever. It is black 3 quarter sleeves and it says 'I love Pirates' underneath that is a skull and crossbones For those of you who are wondering, I got it at Hot Topic

Yes, pirate shirt's rock! And on one of those advertisment thingies, they had an ad for a store and all it sold was pirate themed stuff including the coolest shirts, with crossbones and all kinds of stuff. If I see the ad again I will probally try and get something, well, if I am allowed to of course

I've been trying to find some more Legolas and LOTR shirts, but I can't find anymore! I already have a Legolas shirt that's awesome, but soon enough, it'll fray and be old and I'll need REPLACEMENTS! My friend said that Hot Topic used to sell them ... maybe they'll sell them once again it gets close to ROTK premiere time?
