And the Diary of a Pirate was funnnnny, I really loved it.
Damn I want the Norrington/Elizabeth scene. Now I really admire the guy and feel quite sorry for him *stupid Will Turner stealing fiances...*

Many thanks to my 'santa' I received my DVD in the mail last week and watched it a couple of days ago! Been wanting to write about it, and this is the only free time I have to ramble lol! Get ready! Audio commentary! I've only heard the one with Gore and Johnny and I have to admit, it was VERY dull, at first I didn't really know who was who, but Gore talked a lil more than Johnny though. They talked a lot about stuff we didn't actually know about, or couldn't particularly care, which was a bit dissappointing. I haven't heard the one with Keira and Jack Davenport or the one of Ted and Terry (currently my fave screenwriters) . I did watch the second disc and I loved everything about it so far! Let's see funniest moments, the one where Jack Davenport said something about Jack Sparrow's costume, that Johnny looked so cool, and 'here I was, looking like an ice cream!' Jack Davenport looked really cute without that wig during the premiere! Blooper reel, yeah it was really short! I kept laughing when Jack Sparrow's wig came off after carrying Elizabeth to the docks. lol! Johnny was saying "Here don't forget this!" and Murtogg took it and fed it to Kiera lol! And the Pirate Diary, when Pintel was saying something about Jack, (he was in the background) "Captain Jack Sparrow, I don't know why we ever let him go, he's so much more fun than Barbossa." (or something like that) and Jack kept saying "true, true" lol! That part was funny! And when Pintel said something about Raggeti "a shining example of repetitiveness in the movie industry" while Ragetti was doing the "He's the spitting image of Ol'Bootstrap Bill came back to haunt us!" over and over again lol!!! I havent actually seen the second disc fully though, will continue tonight or tomorrow! ;D

Lol. I haven't had a look at the DVD in a while (shame on me) but that brings back fond memories... The guys who plays Pintel, Lee Arenberg, is really hilarious. I loved the pirate diary. The ship diary was pretty cool too... It reminded me of working backstage during our last school show, for some reason...
I should probably see the audio commentary with the writers. Be interesting to hear they're point of view. And you should see the one with Keira and Jack, Summer, it's funny.

My sister bought the dvd two weeks ago. I've watched it a number of times since that...
The second disc contains quite a lot of fun stuff. The Blooper Reel, I think that was the name of it, is really funny!
Also the thing where you could go into a pirate ship and learn about real pirates, very interesting!

Has anyone listened to the writers' commentary? I got 'round to it a while ago, and found the storyteller standpoint quite interesting. Some funny tidbits as well. (The soot Will gets covered in the blacksmith's is chocolate powder... Lol.) Plus when they explain the timeline of events (back to before the Pearl was cursed) during the credits, it really helped clarify for me.
